The Managerie Team Skills Acquisition Module identifies and targets issues which are appropriate to all areas of management. Managerie addresses the need in the workplace of optimising output given the resources available while at the same time conserving, building on, and motivating human resources. It contains a series of categories which contain cards that address key issues that are encountered both in the workplace, voluntary sector, sport and life in general. The number of cards in each categories are listed in the following table.

These cards can be
used to build up practical knowledge and experience of the issues
commonly encountered when working in groups or teams. They can
be used both on formal training and while working. We feel that
the ability to facilitate continued Team Learning on a more informal
basis as part of everyday work rather than something that "One
goes away to do" is a key to effective success. New cards
and categories are being developed and can be made to your specification.
